POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

Our special supple leather, sturdy yet flexible, guarantees freedom of movement, extreme wear resistance and superior durability at the same time. The reinforced lining is made with suede material. The high absorbency and breathability features maintains ideal condition to provide the ultimate soft touch sensation. The glove-like fit improves both feeling and contact with the horse. All Tucci Time half chaps models have a rear elastic band along the zipper, highly absorbent and breathable, it ensures maximum comfort and encourages a correct heels-down position. Furthermore, the elastic, together with the wide size choice. Certified extra strong zippers, top protection and the functional snap block at the zipper keeper closure to forget about the need to constantly rezip. The snap-button feature is the most innovative and attach-system ever conceived and guarantees a secure closure. Double stitched seams are applied along the stress lines.
