POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

Trust Equestrian Bit - 2.5 Ring with Straight Mouthpiece and Medium Port
This Trust Equestrian Bit is designed with a 2.5 ring and a straight mouthpiece with a medium port. The port allows freedom of the tongue, creating space for the tongue and decreasing the pressure on the center of the horse's tongue. This feature is ideal for horses that have a sensitive tongue or horses that stick out the tongue. The Sweet Iron bits are made of steel and have a recognizable blue color. Sweet Iron will rust when it comes into contact with humidity, and the surface rust tastes sweet and naturally stimulates the saliva production. This will cause the horse to salivate more, which in turn will encourage a better acceptance of the bit.
Sweet Iron bits are suitable for all horses, and they help the horse to salivate more, which will encourage a better acceptance of the bit. If a Sweet Iron bit is not used for a while, an orange-brown rust layer may form on the mouthpiece. Simply remove this by wiping the bit with a damp cloth.
