POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

What is ThinLine?
ThinLine is a thin, shock-absorbing non-slip breathable foam.
Where is the ThinLine?
It is sewn onto the panel of our saddle pads.
Full saddle fitting shims are available for the pad. These may be used as-is to double your protection or trimmed into pairs of front, bridging, and rear shims to customize your saddle fit.
Not all riders need shims for their pad. Many minor saddle fit issues will be solved with just the ThinLine pad alone. If you are trying to solve issues such as bridging, filling in behind high withers, or balancing the saddle, to name just a few, ThinLine shims will fix those issues while also providing additional protection. The Cotton Western Liner is one of our thinnest pads.
How do I know ThinLine is delivering the comfort and protection my horse needs?
Once you receive your ThinLine pad, ride in it for at least a week. At first, you may simply notice things like; my horse was great today, my seat and aids were soft and effective, great job! you are on your way. You will see daily improvement. But, this can be a bit subtle in the beginning. How to check out your pad's effectiveness. After at least a week of riding daily, begin your warm-up with the ThinLine. Once you are warmed up, remove the ThinLine and ride. This is when you will see just how much your horse is loving their saddle pad liner.
