POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

Samshield has followed the same strategy as when they created the successful first riding gloves (the V-Skin) before to start the design of the W-Skin:
Ā Analyze existing product on the market ;
Ā Make a large survey with plenty of riders.
All riders answered that they would like a winter gloves providing a better protection against the cold while keeping hand to horse connection, fitting and elegance.
The W-Skin gloves are made of five different materials providing high performance and protection against the cold:
ĀĀ 1st layer:Ā Goatskin leather: provides the best ratio of comfort, durability, wind stopping, water resistance and elegance ;
ĀĀ 2nd layer: ThinsulateĀ®:Ā breathable and moisture resistant synthetic microfiber which insulates by trapping cold outside air molecules ;
ĀĀ 3rd layer: Micro polar fleece:Ā as warm as wool but softer, lighter, and easier to wash. Hydrophobic for a better sweating control ;
ĀĀ Palm: Strong Suede fabric base fingerprinted with real silicone:Ā offers exceptional added grip, hand-to-horse connection, flexibility as well as extreme durability ;
ĀĀ Strong version of windproof meshĀ provides flexibility for a high end comfort and constant fitting.
