POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

The Laly handbag, zippered on the top, is available in a choice of beautiful grained cognac leather or perforated black leather. It also features a wide chevron-patterned adjustable and detachable shoulder strap. On the outer front of the bag, you’ll find both the Pénélope logo and the friendship logo embossed. This bag is perfect for carrying all the essentials a woman needs in her daily life.
- Composition: 100% cowhide leather for both types of leather, and for the handle: 90% polyester and 10% cowhide leather and stainless steel fittings
- One size: 13 cm in height – 21 cm in length – 8cm in depth.
- The Laly handbag is available in perforated black leather or grained cognac leather.
Care advice: It’s possible to spray a waterproofing agent on our bags from a distance to protect them. We emphasize the importance of spraying from a distance to avoid any stains. Additionally, a touch of glycerin soap on a clean, damp sponge will help maintain these leather pieces that lead a bustling life by your side.
