POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

This smart design element greatly enhances safety while riding, ensuring a quick foot release when needed.
These meticulously designed stirrups come with the complete set of rubber rings and leather tabs, offering the convenience of easy replacements. It's recommended that the stirrup size closely matches the width of the rider's foot at the ball when positioned near the inside edge of the stirrup bar. This sizing should ideally leave about a 25mm (1") clearance on the outer side. The Peacock Safety Stirrup Irons are even compatible with separately available rubber treads for further customization and enhanced grip.
