ORDERING POLICY

We strive to fulfill orders from OutbackTrading.com within 24 hours of order placement. In rare instances, orders can take longer to process. The following guidelines are in place to give you the best estimates on when you can expect to receive your order. If you have any questions, please contact us before placing your order.

Order Processing Times:

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12pm EST generally ship the same day.
Orders placed Monday-Thursday after 12pm generally ship on the next day.
Orders placed on Fridays after 12pm, Saturday, or Sunday generally ship the following Monday.

Please Note: Outback Trading Company offcies are generally closed on US public holidays. Web orders received on these days will usually ship the following weekday.
Cancelling / Editing Your Order:

Customers have the ability to cancel or make changes to their order order by viewing the Order Confirmation Page after placing the order. This page can be accessed by logging into your account on OutbackTrading.com or by clicking on the View Order button in your order confirmation email.

This is only valid before we begin processing an order. Once the order has been processed and shipped, we will no longer be able to make any changes and you will be unable to edit or cancel the order from the Order Confirmation Page.

SHIPPING WITHIN UNITED STATES

Most OutbackTrading.com orders will be shipped via USPS Proiority Mail to ensure delivery of our products as safely and as quickly as possible.

In order to provide accurate shipping estimates, we have broken up the United States into 4 shipping zones as follows.

US EAST ZONE: Estimated Delivery in 2-4 Business Days
ME, VT, NH, MA, NY, MI, IL, IN, OH, PA, RI, CT, NJ, DE, MD, DC, VA, WV, KY, TN, NC, SC, GA, AL, FL

US MIDWEST ZONE: Estimated Delivery in 3-5 Business Days

US WEST ZONE: Estimated Delivery in 4-6 Business Days
ND, MT, ID, UT, NV, CA, OR, WA

SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL

International orders from OutbackTrading.com orders will be shipped via USPS.

Unfortunately we cannot give shipping estimates as the time orders take to pass through customs can vary. We do however provide a tracking number with each order shipped with USPS.

Please Note: International Customers will be responsible for any duties or tarriffs associated with the import of their order into their respective country.


If you're not 100% satisfied with your Outbacktrading.com purchase, we offer a 90 day return policy as outlined below. We also offer a one year defect warranty on everything sold on OutbackTrading.com.
Return Policy

Outback Trading Co. can only accept product returns for orders placed on OutbackTrading.com and are within 90 days of the order delivery date.

Any returned products must meet the following criteria:

? Must be in “new” condition
? Can not be worn, altered, or washed.
? Must include the original tags.


A returned product showing any type of wear will be subject to a deduction on the return credit at the sole discretion of Outback Trading Co.

All returns must be initiated within the Outbacktrading.com Returns Portal located at https://www.outbacktrading.com/a/returns. Any items returned to our warehouse without being processed in this portal will be refused.

If you choose to return an item for any reason, you will be required to pay shipping costs when sending the item back to our warehouse with the exception of defective items (see below).

Please note that OutbackTrading.com gift cards are not eligible for return.

Your refund will be processed within 2-3 business days upon receipt of the returned item. Please note the refund can take up to 5 additional business days to finalized depending on your card issuer.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges must be made for the same item in a different size or color. If you wish to order a different item, simply return the item you have for a refund and place a new order.

The original order simply needs to be processed as a return (see Return Policy).

Outback Trading Company provides a one year warranty on everything sold through Outbacktrading.com. If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact us. If your product is indeed defective, a replacement or refund will be arranged at no further cost to you.
