POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

Omega Feeds has formulated the ultimate grain free feed for performance horses. The fibre based formula will provide the energy needed without the fizz'. No-Grain Platinum contains a balanced blend of minerals and vitamins to ensure optimum health and vitality. It is known that grain based diets can cause tying up, laminitis, gastric ulcers,stereotypic and fizzy behaviour. As the name suggests, No-Grain Platinum does not contain grain, so the risk of developing these issues is greatly reduced.
