POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

Functionality takes the front row alongside aesthetics in the CROMO SHINE helmet. It features the patented KEP AIR CONTROL SYSTEM that implements a sophisticated ventilation mechanism. Specifically, this system manages the internal temperature of the helmet and encourages the flow of air within through special polystyrene channels. Furthermore, keeping utmost attention to user comfort, the helmet strap is made from hypoallergenic eco-leather with five attachment points, hence curbing any potential skin irritations.
Sporting a detachable Coolmax® lining, this helmet owns up to its high-maintenance audience. The lining can be hand washed with cold water or machine washed at 30°C effortlessly. Meanwhile, the helmet champions personalization with its customizability feature. Ranging from tasteful airbrushing by hand or other techniques, riders can imprint their style onto these helmets. Available in two versatile colors, every rider is bound to find their match. Despite its robust structure and features, the helmet maintains a light structure with a weight of +/- 440 grams.
Ensuring a comfortable fit for everyone, KEP Italia offers the outer shell of these helmets in two different sizes, M or L. The medium outer shell comfortably fits eight sizes, ranging from 51 to 58. On the other hand, the large shell holds sizes 59 to 62. Please mention your liner size at checkout as the helmet comes included with a liner.
