POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

Composing a unique aesthetic with contrasting polished and matte elements, this helmet is an ideal choice for the rider who values individual flare. The iconic feature of the CROMO POLISH is its high-performance Air Control System, developed by KEP Italia to offer optimal temperature control depending on atmospheric conditions, complemented by the helmet's lightweight design.
Enhancing rider's convenience, the helmet is outfitted with a five-point chin strap that firmly attaches to the helmet shell. The interior lining, crafted from Coolmax fabric, provides supreme breathability and comfort during your ride, extending the wearability of this equestrian helmet. The lining is also detachable, making it easy to wash and maintain cleanliness, either by hand in cold water or machine at 30°C. The adaptability and precise fit of this helmet are ensured by padded removable inserts which allow you to easily adjust the helmet size according to your need. One KEP Medium Skull can comfortably accommodate sizes between 51-58, while a large skull accommodates sizes from 59-62.
