POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

Product Description: Soundless ears that look so good and don't move. These are hand knitted for better durability. There is room to be able to put your own logo on the front. These are great for horses that get distracted easily at shows.
Features:
- Slightly Thinner Soundproof
- The ears are designed to protect the horse from loud sounds but also from flies irritating the horse while working. The material for the ears is a of stretch and gives it a slim fit. For the neck part area it's longer so it can't slip off as easily. Easy to maintain with washing at 30° (no dryer).
