POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

BetaCALM is a dietary supplement containing Tryptophan, Thiamine, Vitamin E, and Magnesium that has been formulated to nutritionally support nervous and anxious horses.

Horses, like humans, are susceptible to anxiety, and stressful experiences can have a significant impact on their mental state. That is why BetaCALM was created to provide a source of vitamins, minerals, and amino acids that may assist in the reduction of nervousness or hyperactivity in horses.
How does it function?
BetaCALM is a proprietary blend of four ingredients that provides nutritional support for nervous horses without impairing performance.
Tryptophan is a necessary amino acid that helps to stabilise the horse's mood, alleviates anxiety, and reduces the stress response. The horse does not produce tryptophan naturally, and beneficial levels are not found in feed. It is converted in the body to serotonin, which contributes to the elicitation of a sense of calm.
Vitamin B1 (Thiamine): This B vitamin is necessary for nerve transmission. Due to stress or hindgut acidosis, hard working horses or those on a high grain, low forage diet may have decreased thiamine production in the hindgut.
Vitamin E is an antioxidant that aids in the protection of cell membranes against oxidative stress and the maintenance of normal nerve and other functions.Magnesium is necessary for cell metabolism, particularly in the nervous system and muscles during physical activity.
Magnesium, vitamin B1 (thiamine), vitamin E, and tryptophan at optimal levels may assist in actively reducing the stress response during training, travel, and competition.Due to thiamine's critical role in energy metabolism and nerve transmission, and tryptophan's role in stress and fear inhibition, deficiencies of these nutrients can result in anxiety, mental confusion, and muscle coordination problems. Additionally, magnesium has been shown to decrease reactivity in horses.
Bear in mind that there are numerous factors that can contribute to horses undesirable behaviour, including diet, age, training, housing, pain, and digestive conditions.It is best to discuss your horse's diet and history to ascertain whether additional changes in feeding and management practises are necessary to alleviate anxious behaviour. To assist in the management of nervous horses, provide constant access to forage, small meals, and a diet low in starch/sugar.
