POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

In many equine diets the Omega 3: Omega 6 ratio is out of balance, affecting the wellbeing and performance of the horse. Omega 3 oils are a group of unsaturated fatty acids that cannot be produced by the horse. To benefit from these oils they need to be supplemented in the diet.
For the Omega 3 oil to be utilized effectively and efficiently it should contain the valuable longer chain fatty acids, Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). These Omega 3 fatty acids are only found in fish oil. Performa 3® Oil contains fish oil, allowing the horse to derive the full benefits of the oil immediately.
Plant sources of Omega 3 oils contain Linolenic acid that needs to be converted to EPA and DHA before it can be utilized by the horse.
HYGAIN PERFORMA 3® is a rich, natural source of Omega 3, 6 & 9 fatty acids. By combining Omega 3 rich vegetable and fish oils with added garlic, PERFORMA 3® contains high levels of usable EPA and DHA's.
