POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

Generously catered with new fitting improvements, it presents three style choices for enhanced customization.
The construction material is of 1200 Denier Polyerster Oxford Ripstop shell, affirming maximum durability. A generous filling of 220gm polyfill provides the heat insulation and the lining is made from 210 Nylon, embossed to offer that superior finish. It cleverly features a Triple-D front closure system and an expansive tail flap for maximum coverage. The incorporation of safety reflective piping enhances visibility in low light conditions. Designed with an open shoulder gusset, it aids in providing the freedom of movement to the horse, while the anti-rub lining in the shoulder and neck enhance comfort. To ensure the rug fits perfectly, cross over surcingles with stainless steel fittings are included along with removable leg straps. The horse rug is available in sizes ranging from 5'3 to 6'9.
