POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

EGO7 Aries, full grain leather tall riding boots with stitched toecap, back zipper and Spanish topline: modern design combined with high-end style. All EGO7 models have a rear elastic band. This ensures maximum comfort, freedom of movement and a glove-like, made-to-measure fit -and look- to any calf, together with extreme wear resistance and easy care of the innovative E-tex material. The full-length panel protects effectively the inner calf and guarantees a perfect contact with the horse.

How to find your size :
While standing, measure your calf at the widest point, ensure the tape is firm then with the leg slightly bent, measure the height from the floor to the highest part of the leg, right up in to the crease at the back of the knee.
Add 1 cm - 1.5 cm to the height measurement as the boot will lower after wearing it.Â
Find your foot size on the chart, then the height, then your calf to calculate size.
Please take measurements over breeches (or similar) and socks that you normally wear.
