POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

Nature is amazing so we all need to look after it. The stuffing of this toy is made from recycled plastic, giving waste plastic a second life and encouraging its collection and reuse.
DOUBLE STITCHED SEAMS
The recycled panels are woven together with double stitching. It makes the seams that much stronger and hard wearing. That said, if your dog loves to tear and shred, check out our rough & tough toys. They’re even stronger.
SQUEAK SQUEAK SQUEAK
Dogs love squeaky toys. For us humans, the jury’s out. The squeaker in this toy is loud and puncture proof which means your furry friends will go wild for it, and it’s likely to hang around for a while too. We’ve tried and tested with our canine colleagues and they certainly approve.
