POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

The PetSafe Spray Refill cartridges are simple and clean to change out. Just take out the empty cartridge and put the new one in its place. This will help stop your dog from barking too much. The Spray Refill cartridge can be reused and is safe for both you and your dog.
Compatible Collars: The Spray Refill works with the Spray Bark and Training collars.
It does not work with the Elite Big Dog and Little Dog Spray Bark Collars or the Elite Big Dog and Little Dog Spray Trainers.
Easy to Replace: It's easy to change the refill cartridges; just take out the empty one and put in the new one.
100 percent recyclable: The Spray Refill disposable cartridges can be recycled in full.
System comes with 3 refill cartridges for unscented.
